CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION

2. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
2.1. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data shall be your consent given to the controller under Article 6 (1) (a). (a) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the 'Regulation').
3. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to send business messages and make other marketing activities by the administrator towards you.
3.2. There is no automatic individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation.
4. TIME OF STORING PERSONAL DATA
4.1. The period for which your personal data will be stored by the controller is 4 years from the date of your consent to the processing for this purpose, however, at the latest until your consent to the processing of personal data (for this purpose of processing) is revoked.
5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. Other recipients of your personal data will be persons providing technical and organizational services to the administrator in accordance with the instructions of the administrator (personal data processors), including operation of software and data storage, persons responsible for accounting and tax services and persons responsible for transporting goods.
5.2. The controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organization.
6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
6.1. Subject to the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, the right to rectify or delete your personal data, or limit the processing thereof, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to transfer your personal data.
6.2. You have the right to revoke the consent of the controller to the processing of your personal data at any time.
However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data prior to such withdrawal of consent. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data as follows: by email.
6.3. If you believe that the processing of your personal data has violated or violates the Regulation, you have the right, inter alia, to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
6.4. You are under no obligation to provide personal information. The provision of your personal data is not a legal or contractual requirement, nor is it a requirement required to enter into a contract.
6.5. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, as long as profiling concerns this direct marketing.
