BASIC SUMMARY
Kitesport, s.r.o., carries out the processing of your personal data as it is necessary to fulfill the contract with you regarding the sale of goods (or to take measures taken before entering into such a contract) and further processes your personal data necessary for fulfilling the public obligations of this company.
1. IDENTITY AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE ADMINISTRATOR
1.1. The administrator of your personal data is the business company Kitesport, s.r.o., a limited liability copany with its registered office S.K. Neumanna 986/15, 182 00 Prague 8, identification number: 28379713, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 137417 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).

1.3. The administrator did not appoint a Data Protection Officer.
2. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
2.1. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is that it is necessary for:
2.1.1. performance of the contract between you and the administrator or for the performance of measures by the administrator prior to the conclusion of such contract within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (a); (b) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (the General Data Protection Regulation) ('the Regulation');
2.1.2. compliance with the legal obligations applicable to the administrator within the meaning of Article 6 (1) (a); c) of the Regulation, namely the fulfillment of obligations imposed on administrators by generally binding legal regulations, in particular by Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax, as amended, by Act No. 586/1992 Coll., on Income Taxes , as amended, and Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting, as amended.
3. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to perform a contract between you and the administrator, including delivery of goods and addressing the rights of liability for defects, or take action by the administrator before entering into such a contract and the fulfillment of related public obligations by the administrator.
3.2. There is no automatic individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation.
4. TIME OF STORING PERSONAL DATA
4.1. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the effects of the rights and obligations under the contract, as well as for the period required for archiving purposes under the relevant generally binding legal regulations, but no longer than for the period stipulated by generally binding legal regulations.
5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. Other recipients of your personal data will be forwarding companies and other persons involved in the delivery of goods or payments on the basis of a purchase contract, and persons providing technical services for the administrator related to the operation of the e-shop, including operation of software and data storage.
5.2. The recipients of your personal data for the fulfillment of legal obligations may also be financial authorities or other competent authorities in cases where the administrator imposes generally binding legal regulations.
5.3. The controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organization.
6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
6.1. Subject to the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, the right to rectify or delete your personal data, or limit the processing thereof, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to transfer your personal data.
6.2. If you believe that the processing of your personal data has violated or violates the Regulation, you have the right, inter alia, to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
6.3. You are under no obligation to provide personal information. The provision of your personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract and without the provision of your personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or fulfill it by the administrator.
